Allow setting time zones

Our database is in GMT but it would be great to see settings in EST if we want

    I have just de deployed support for setting your time zone in your account.
    Set this to your time zone if your timestamp are stored in UTC in your database and you want DbInsights to convert them in your time zone before generating a graph.
    Let me know if it works for you and produces the results you were expecting.

        Our Postgres database is in UTC, but when I graph results split by date/hour/etc., it isn't using CDT like I'd prefer.
